NATURAL Newborn Photography LONDON
Stories of parenthood and family, captured through natural newborn photography in London and beyond
This work is for families who are drawn to connection, closeness and something more honest than perfect.
There’s space here for skin-to-skin, for slowing down, for simply being together without pressure.
My newborn sessions are gentle, natural and baby-led. There is no pressure and no expectations
Just you, your baby and a quiet space to simply breathe together.
Most families book while they are still pregnant, so everything is in place before the baby arrives. Sessions usually take place within the first two to five weeks.
But if your baby is already here, even a little while ago, you are still very welcome to reach out. Beautiful photographs can happen at many stages of early life.
Many of the families I photograph return over the years, allowing me to document not just moments but chapters of their story.
Based in North London, I create natural newborn portraits centred on connection and calm. Whether your baby is tucked into your arms, stretching in the morning light or drifting off to sleep, I photograph them as they truly are. Honest, intimate and full of quiet depth.
These photographs become part of your family’s story. Something real to hold onto long after this early season has passed.
From those first newborn days to your growing family. London newborn, baby & family photography.
London newborn photography that feels natural, relaxed, and safe. so you can just be with your baby
This is more than photography — it’s your family’s legacy, held with care.
The early days have a quiet rhythm to them, the way they settle into you, the small movements, the moments you might not notice at the time. These photographs aren’t just about how it looked. They bring you back to how it felt.
This isn’t about perfect photographs. It’s about creating something you’ll still feel years from now.
My newborn sessions are gentle, baby-led, and shaped around your family’s rhythm. No stiff poses. No pressure. Just the quiet, natural magic of these early days, captured with care and a soft, cinematic feel.
There’s space here for skin-to-skin, for slowing down, for simply being together without pressure.
Whether it’s morning light at home or a place that holds meaning for you, these portraits reflect your story honestly. And when this chapter starts to feel like a blur, you’ll have something real to hold onto.
Some families come with ideas, a favourite space, or pieces they love to wear. Others arrive with nothing at all. Both are completely welcome.
If this feels like the right fit, you’re welcome to get in touch. I’m always happy to help you check availability or talk through what would suit your family best.
“Almost every parent I’ve worked with has said how grateful they were afterwards, even if they weren’t sure what to expect going in. That’s always stayed with me. ”

For the Mini, Classic and Premium collections, every session is different. Some settle naturally around an hour, others closer to two or three. We always follow your baby’s lead, with time for feeds, cuddles and everything in between. There’s no pressure and no clock-watching.
The Short Story session lasts around an hour. It’s focused and condensed by design, so it works best when baby has been fed just before we start.
Before we meet I’ll be in touch to find out what matters to you — your home, your vision, the small details that make this yours.

We take photos to remember — not just how it looked, but how it felt.
But memories aren’t meant to live in folders or disappear in the cloud.
There’s something powerful about holding a photograph.
A print invites you to pause. An album becomes a book of love — part of your family’s story.
The photos we return to are the ones we can touch.
Passed down, held close, full of meaning.
